Kelly Gray is an author and freelance writer specializing in travel and
culinary. She is the contributing travel editor for Uptown Magazine and the
lifestyle editor for Charlotte Health and Fitness Magazine. Her work has been
seen in the Los Angeles Times, Uptown Magazine, The Pilot, Fayetteville
Observer, Charlotte Health and Fitness Magazine, JohnnyJet, Deep, Impact, CEO
Traveler, News and Observer, Chicago Tribune, Orlando Sentinel, Baltimore Sun,
Newsday and Gordon's Guide. Kelly is proud to be an associate member of the
International Thriller Writers Association and the North Carolina Writer’s
Network.
A published poet, Kelly's work has been printed in "The Harvest Season" and
"Anthology... A Celebration of Poets".
Kelly serves on the executive board of The May 20th Society and has served on
the boards of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Board of Visitors
and the Sandhills Theater Arts Renaissance School. She has received two awards
for volunteer service and 11 for writing excellence.
Kelly is currently at work on the Everything Family Guide to Budget Travel and
her first thriller. When
she isn’t writing, Kelly can be found diving and rescuing stray mammals.
